Nala is a Shepherd/pit mix born October 2007. Nala adores kids
but should be the only dog so she can get all the love and attention she deserves.
Nala just wants a family to call her own, to love and
protect.

These dogs have not yet been evaluated by SOS but all are purported by the respective
shelter workers to be wonderful dogs.
A note about the dogs we save in general and the those
that have been waiting in shelters for extended periods. None would have
made it this far if they were not exceptionally good dogs. Shelters typically euthanize
those with behavioral issues first. And we at SOS realize that we can NOT
save them all, so we help the most adoptable ones first. As each new foster
home joins our SOS task force, it means one more life we can save...and
sometimes many more than one.
